Wisteria Inn was built in 1859 by Morris Huber.  It contains eight
bedrooms with high ceilings, a number of fireplaces, columned front gallery
and stairway.  Completely restored and furnished with beautiful antiques, it
is now the home of Lanna and Johnny Goolsby, who share its heritage and
 their treasures with vistors.

Crystal Springs was a thriving farming comunity before the Civil War.
Its glory days were the 1890s and early 1900s when "Tomato was King"  and Crystal Springs was the "TOMATOPOLIS," or tomato capital of the
world, with as many as 3800 rail cars shipping to world markets within a
24-hour period.  Other vegetables, such as carrots, peas, beans and corn
 were also produced in abundance.

Morris and Magdalena Huber, original owners of the home that is
now Wisteria Inn, had a son, C.M. (Charles) Huber, who was born in
the home in 1861.  Later Charles became a partner in the pioneering firm
of the tomato industry, Lotterhos and Huber.  This firm advanced the
agricultural business in a variety of ways, including packaging, distribution,
 transportation and favorable freight rates.

Today the home offers six bedrooms and baths, two parlors and
three formal dining areas, a library and gallery downstairs.  Two bridals
suites with tester beds and jacuzzi baths, plus three bedrooms and another
 large pathering room are upstairs.

All feature private baths, color TV and room control Central Air-
Conditioning.  Guests enjoy the ambiance of the home and a continental
 breakfast.

Southwind Country Estate  is available to those guests who
would prefer the freedom and romance of a country atmosphere. Secluded
in the middle of a 160 acre farm 2-miles off Interstate-55 and just four
miles from the Wisteria Inn, Southwind is also available year round.
