The Downtown Open Air Market began in 2010 as an idea of Mary Dell McCoy and Casey Kitchens for local vendors and others to have an opportunity to sell their arts, crafts and baked goods in the historic downtown business district of Crystal Springs. As it is often seen, this event is growing faster than expected.
Plan updates include going to once a month and allowing vintage/antique items in the market.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please use the contact information provided to let us know what you are going to make, bake, paint, create or bring to sell. All goods must be produced by the vendor in order to participate in the market. No resale items are allowed.
We look forward to the new year. Call us if you have questions. (remember: we may not return calls until night or weekends because of work and mommy duties.)
Please plan to walk, stroll, ride your bike or drive over to visit The Downtown Market on East Georgetown Street so you can "shop local" and help support our wonderful community.

The Chautauqua Bike Rally is an annual event scheduled each October at Chautauqua Park in Crystal Spring. The rally began in 2005 as an idea by local riders that wanted to bring to Crystal Springs a weekend event with live music, overnight camping, contests and food to help fund Chautauqua Park and area charities. Riders from across the southern United States head this way each year to help us raise money for these charities and our favorite park, Chautauqua Park.
